Nuovo appuntamento con i Most Played, serie ideata da quel genio chiomato (ciao Chioma!) di Chiara Goldenvi0let che immagino tutti conoscerete. In caso contrario sappiate che è un grosso male e andate a recuperare sul suo blog e sul suo canale. Dove altro lo trovate il funerale di una matita, eh?

Tornando a noi devo dire che luglio non è stato un granché dal punto di vista di truccherie e simili. Se mi seguite su Facebook (non posso credere di averlo detto, mi punirò guardando tutte le ventordici stagioni di don Matteo) saprete che vengo da mesi particolarmente impegnativi in cui di tempo per truccarsi ce ne è stato ben poco, quindi facciamo finta che luglio sia durato solo due settimane?

Back to us I have to say July hasn't been a 'make-up month'. If you follow me on Facebook (goddammit, did I say that?) you'll know that I'm recovering from very busy months in which there was absolutely no time for make-up, so, can we pretend that July lasted two weeks only?

Ciao, sono Natalia e negli ultimi mesi non ho avuto contatti con una tastiera se non per digitare le parole 'streaming' o 'torrent'. E ho avuto anche pochi contatti con il mondo, quindi immagino che le mie capacità comunicative e sociali siano regredite alla fase di latenza.

Ecco, forse recuperare con una recensione non è stata una saggia decisione, ma tant'è.

Hi, I'm Natalia and I haven't approached a keyboard for about three months. Well, maybe I've typed 'streaming' and 'torrent' once or twic.. um, several times. I've also lost any form of social life, so I guess my communicative abilities are back to latency stage. 

I know, starting off with a review is wrong in so many ways but that's how it goes.

Per questa tornata di preferiti/prodotti più usati del mese ho deciso di unirmi anch'io all'ormai famigerato #TeamMostPlayed. Cos'è?

Nel 2014 le blogger di un commando specializzato operante... no, le introduzioni non sono il mio forte. Vi rinvio direttamente al post di Chiara, Golden Vi0let, ideatrice del progetto nonché uno dei pochi motivi per cui ancora accedo a Youtube (qui trovate il suo canale).

For this month's favourite/most used products I decided to join the by now renowned #TeamMostPlayed. What? Well, in 2014 a crack commando unit of beauty bloggers was sent.. ahem, joking, I'm not good at introductions. I refer you to Chiara (Golden Vi0let)'s post. She's the evil mind behind this project as well as the only reason why I still watch Youtube videos (link to her channel here).

Lush Feeling Younger/Splendore Skin Tint

Da quando l'ho acquistato grazie a Viola di Killer Colours Splendore è apparso sul blog una volta sì e l'altra pure, quasi sempre accompagnato da descrizioni poco enfatiche come nettare vitale e zigomi in vasetto. Un post tutto per lui se lo meritava, insomma.

Splendore nasce come una base illuminante multiuso, alla pari della Strobe Cream di MAC o dello Shimmering Skin Perfector di Becca. Si tratta, in sostanza, di una crema arricchita di pigmenti che riflettono la luce donando alla pelle un aspetto fresco e più giovane.

Since I bought it thanks to Viola from Killer Colours Feeling Younger has appeared on the blog every now and then, always introduced with unemphatic descriptions as ambrosia and cheekbones in a jar.
He just deserved a whole dedicated post.
Feeling Younger has been conceived as a multipurpose highlighting base, similar to MAC Strobe Cream and Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector. Basically it's a sort of cream enriched with light reflecting pigments that provide a brighter and younger look to the skin.
